Support Forums Are Open


Hey everyone - I think it’s fair to say that we’ve run out of room for support questions in the development blog.  We’ve opened up a new support forum site to provide a better support experience and to allow for increased community involvement for projects like Subtle and Flickr Feeder.  We’ll be turning on moderation for the development blog to keep support questions limited to the forums, so if you’ve posted a comment here and don’t see it on the blog, give us a little time to get to your comment.  Thanks for all of your help and encouragement so far - we’ll see you on the Support Forums!

Just wanted to thanlk you for your superb wordpress theme and all the support you are providing for the community. You should open a bugs and feature suggestions section in the forum.

Also you as a developer should try to answer support questions. :)

Nice choice going with PunBB. However, how about integrating it in the site? It would look a lot better, and I’m sure some of your Subtle users would like the opportunity as well.

Thanks for the great glued theme. I’m trying to get to the support forum, but it appears to be taking me to a spammer ’search page’ which is different each hit. Can you validate?

@BradF - getting the same thing. It looks like my host is doing advertising on unused subdomains. Good times.
