DEVONSHIRE, SPENCER CONIPToN eighth Doke of (1833—). An English statesman. long and familiarly known as the 11arquis of Harlington. Ile is the ebl•st son of William, the seventh Duke. and wars born in Lon don. July '23. 1833. Ile graolualed at 'trinity College.
