CALLANDER -PEMBROKE ROAD, a highway begin ning at Pembroke on the Ottawa river and ending at Lake Nipis sing in the province of Ontario, Canada. It forms part of the Trans-Canada highway and is about 14om. in length, improved throughout. It passes through Algonquin Provincial park, which is notable as a hunting and fish ing region, while the Chalk river, Mackey and Mattawa also lie in its path.
