EAGLE GROVE, a city of Wright county, Iowa, U.S.A., near the Boone river, 8o m. N. by W. of Des Moines. It is served by the Chicago and North Western and the Chicago Great Western railways. The population in 193o Federal census was 4,071. It is a railroad division point, and has car shops, cement works, and cheese and ice-cream factories.
